CTD Event: Meet Mary Grace Party

A popular Southern tradition is to throw a "sip and see" party when your child is born. Friends and family are invited to come sip on ice tea and other drinks while they see the new born baby. I had planned on a party like this when Maddy was born but motherhood was a bit much and I didn't get around to it. So when one of my dear clients recently had a baby girl, Mary Grace, I jumped on the opportunity to throw a party for her.

I am not going to call my party a sip and see I am going to call it a "Meet Mary" party.

One of my favorite clients, Sarah, who has become a dear friend shares a secret obession of mine which is to blog stalk other people. One such blogs is the
Kandell family who thew a party for their employees. I love everything about this party from the unusual color scheme of red, tiffany blue and white to the cotton candy machine and face painting. This is the perfect jumping point for the Meet Mary party.

Anyway I say all this to show you how to go about planning an outstanding event. Don't feel like you have to come up with all these unique ideas just do your homework and work off others ideas to make them your own. Most importantly celebrate every life event!! We offer the Sensational Soiree package to help you celebrate a stress-free party while staying on a budget.
